As you know we have had an interest in Anvil for some time and have been looking at the right opportunity to use the product. Well, we certainly found that. But more significantly, we had a very tight time frame to implement it, so the pressure was on to get it right.
There is little doubt that the product provides incredible functionality to interpret and
translate data, and, with a performance I have not seen any where near equaled. Our project involved the HEAT product and an exchange of data with an external partner to our client using a totally different system.
There was certainly a learning curve for me, the first time user, and I'm probably still on it, but the other highly significant aspect of our project was the huge amount of support that you personally gave to us. I tried my best to break it! but you got round every issue every time.
Our team is very impressed with what we've seen, and more importantly, so is our client, a very large and significant one for us. There is no doubt we will be using Anvil more, it is now our no. 1 choice for data integration, and I am already working on new projects where I hope it will be an integral part.

"The Anvil product allows us to synchronize our Goldmine data as well as push our legacy data to our workstations in very little time. With any product there was a certain amount of growing pains and with little documentation available for this product we relied heavily on The Trainer?s for support who in turn had to obtain direct support from Anvil. The commitment to make the product a success was always there from all parties.
Overall, the product is now working well and we are building on its framework to automatically push sales leads to Goldmine and thus saving much manual entry work that was done in the past. We look forward to its continued use as we expand our CRM initiatives."

When our companies first met I will admit we were desperate.We had a client that had 6,000,000 contact records and 18,000,000 in GoldMine.This is without a doubt the largest GoldMine record count install in the channel.
The client wanted to maintain a methodology of updating these records on a twice a week basis from their list provider. We tried all that was available to us to accomplish this task to no avail.We hit the wall!We found that if we were going to settle it would be with a product that would take two weeks for each update feed and that was if it didnt crash during the process.This was a solution that was unacceptable to SagaSolutions.com and our client.We were on the verge of loosing the client.
Everything happens for a reason, at this moment of desperation we were referred to REM Software Solutions and your flagship product Anvil Enterprise.At first I must admit that I thought some of the representations you made about this product were a little far fetched.After all, We can take these same data feeds and complete them in less than one tenth of the time and without degradation of speed to the end users.
I must say those were mighty boasts on your behalf, but then you took it one step further, you said you would prove it to me by taking over the initial feed to prove Anvil would do the job.In addition, you told me in the future we would be able to set Anvil up as a service in the background so all the client would have to do is put the file in the same place and your product would take over from there.Well I must say you were right and you have won a fan for life.
But you didnt stop there.You took the time to work with my technicians and teach them how to use the product. You are always there to support us when we get over our head and for that I appreciate that you appreciate the meaning of SERVICE!You certainly know how to take care of your partners.
I look forward to a very happy relationship between our two companies.I want to admit this is probably one of the easiest letters I ever had to write since once someone uses Anvil Enterprise and REM Software Solutions Services they will see the results I have already witnessed.
